NWU BUSSE 2024 - Final report 2024-10-15 Online
Please join us for a combined online workshop (North-West University (NWU) & Vaal University of Technology (VUT)) on the Beginning University Survey of Student Engagement (BUSSE) facilitated by the University of the Free State (UFS).
The BUSSE measures entering first-year students’ pre-university academic and co-curricular experiences and their expectations regarding participation in educationally purposeful activities during their first year at a tertiary institution.
This data enables an institution to gain a better understanding of the experiences of students.
Staff involved in student success initiatives and first-year lecturers are encouraged to join this workshop as the data presented will provide conversational support for continuous internal student success discussions.
