Purpose of the APD opportunity:
The purpose of the Webinar is to equip participants with the basic knowledge to develop an analytical rubric for teaching and learning.
Outcomes of the APD opportunity:
At the end of this online Webinar, participants should be able to:

Display an informed understanding of what a rubric is and the rationale for making use of a rubric as an assessment tool;

Analyse the different types of rubrics and online tools for rubric development;

Understand the steps in developing an analytical rubric;

Develop or amend an existing analytical rubric to use in their classroom/teaching and learning
Expectations/ Requirements:
Participants are required to bring their existing rubrics to the classroom for the purposes of improving assessment practices.
