This training will empower you to improve the learning experience in your modules with enhanced study material and relevant and effective online activities. This training will prepare you with the technical skills and instructional knowledge to develop interactive learning experiences on eFundi Lessons.
Purpose of the APD opportunity:
The purpose of this Webinar is to introduce lecturers to basic lesson development in eFundi (LMS).
Outcomes of the APD opportunity:
At the end of this Webinar, the participants should be able to:
- Set up a navigation structure in Lessons: Create a consistent and logical Lesson structure by adding the Lessons tool and subpages. Manage content in the Resources tool.
- Work with text: Follow a consistent text formatting style by using templates and heading styles.
- Add interesting content: Demonstrate what tools and methods can be used to vary text-based content with multimedia content.
- Create interaction: Demonstrate what tools and methods can be used to create engagement in Lessons that will be suitable for the class size and academic year level.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- Participants are expected to complete the pre-activity before the start of the Webinar.
- Participants are expected to access the link for the APD opportunity sent to their NWU email address, and upon completion, provide feedback on the APD opportunity.
