Continuous assessment is a great way to keep track of your student progress throughout the semester. Using the eFundi Tests & Quizzes tool you could easily see how your students are progressing and possible areas they might need additional support in. 

Purpose of the CPD opportunity:

The aim of this webinar is to introduce staff to the Tests & Quizzes tool on eFundi and to demonstrate different ways lecturers can set up their efundi Tests & Quizzes. We will also discuss some strategies that could be used to prevent cheating.

Outcomes of the CPD opportunity:

At the end of this session lecturers should be able to: 

• Access and navigate an online test from the student perspective;
• Explain the overall steps for creating a test;
• Explain the advantages of using question pools;
• Edit and add questions to a question pool;
• Create an assessment containing a random block part of questions drawn from a pool;
• Set test availability and change other default settings;
• Preview, and test before publishing a test;
• Explain the grading processes and view test statistics.
